Reformer Pilates

Strength, posture and flexibility on the Reformer machine, in small groups with an instructor who really follows you.

What is Reformer Pilates

The Reformer is the machine designed by Joseph Pilates: a sliding carriage, springs with adjustable resistance and straps for arms and legs. The springs can make an exercise harder or support you instead, which is why the Reformer suits beginners and experienced people alike.

At KLYN in Pianezza, classes last 50 minutes in groups of up to 4 people: the instructor corrects your technique, suggests the variations that suit you and takes you from one level to the next.
