What data we collect

• Contact data you send us via the “Contact” form, WhatsApp or email (name, email, phone, message content).
• Booking and membership data, managed through the KLYN booking platform (klynpilates.it), which has its own privacy notice.
• Technical data needed for the website to work and stay secure (e.g. IP address, recorded with form messages to prevent spam and abuse).

Purposes and legal basis

• Answering your requests for information – pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Managing memberships, classes and payments – performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b) and legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c).
• Protecting the website from spam and abuse – legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).

Retention

Messages sent through the form are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months. Accounting data are kept for the periods required by law.

Recipients

Data are processed by authorised KLYN staff and by suppliers that support us (hosting, database, email delivery), appointed as data processors. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Embedded third-party services

Some pages include third-party content: the Google Maps map (Google Ireland Ltd.) and the class calendar of the KLYN platform. These services may collect data according to their own privacy notices.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and object to processing, by writing to info@klynpilates.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
